Last day of competition and Ella's favourite event - javelin. Another warm day for competing and spectating. Ella was really hoping for a breakthrough throw and her last throw was certainly her best but landed too flat. Best throw was 32.91 a few cm's behind her PB. she placed 8th form 11.
All up it was a fun and exhausting weekend away and nice to treasure these memories with my parents!
The next morning after breakfast out, I had the novelty of catching the train to the airport! It was super easy and relatively fast and saved Grandad a 90min round trip!
