Helicopter

Out to Black Mountain Peninsula to meet up with the regular mothers group gang today. As we were driving along the peninsula we saw the Snowy hydro Southcare helicopter flying rather low over the lake. I stopped and pointed it out to Ella, thinking it would fly off pretty quickly. However after parking I saw our group of mum's (with their kids) watching the helicopter from the lookout. It seemed that the helicopter and crew were doing some training activities - dropping off and picking up people from the moving boat below. After 15 minutes the kids lost interest so we wandered back over to the playground to expend some energy.
