Sadly, due to Covid, we were unable to have a traditional gathering to farewell Josuè, Andy's PhD student. Instead, Josuè and Andy spent their final meeting wandering up Black Mountain adhering to current covid restrictions. We will miss Josuè but wish him the very best in this new chapter of his life. Covid has certainly brought new challenges to an academics life with Josuè first obstacle is negotiating a visa for France which means travelling back home to Mexico to obtain one as the French consulate in Australia is closed!
