Our after dinner activity involved constructing our pendant light which is to be hung over the dinning room table. This light is a very clever design with the pattern based on a flower photographed by David Trubridge while walking on the Bibbulmun Track in WA. It is based on a geometric polyhedra with the intricate form is made from one single component repeated 60 times!It was fun to construct although the girls attention soon wandered leaving Andy and I to carefully piece the light together. Must say can't wait for it to go up!
