Nestled Amongst the Mountains

Stendhal, a famous 19th century French writer is quoted as saying "A mountain at the end of every street" regarding his hometown of Grenoble. On a sunny clear day like today, you can understand why! It really is a spectacular place!

We discovered a small park near Porte Saint Laurent, a short distance from the apartment. The girls enjoyed playing on it before we set off in search of groceries! We were successful at finding the supermarket open but not as successful in going bouldering. The bouldering gym close to our house looked awesome inside but was extremely busy at 5pm so we've decided to try again tomorrow just after lunch hoping that it will be quieter.

So back to the apartment to discover a double game on the Xbox...
