Smoke Moves in
We woke this morning to Canberra hidden under a blanket of smoke from the bushfires burning in Tallaganda National Park 80km to the south east. Black Mountain tower was hiding in the smoke at 7am in the morning.
To celebrate the ending of an era for Ella (finishing primary school) and tying in with the girls interest in aerial sports, we took them to see Cirque Stratosphere at the Canberra Theatre. A circus show in which world class acrobats and gymnasts perform death defying, head spinning stunts and aerial acts using the 50th anniversary of the moon landing and lunar journey as inspiration and the backdrop for the performance. A great night.
