All this rain and warm weather has been sensational for the raspberry patch. What a bumper crop! Two harvests in as many days and so many more raspberries waiting to ripen on the stalks!! We had so many raspberries that Katy made raspberry ice cream using 4 cups of our home grown raspberries. The ice cream didn't last long in the freezer! Delicious!
