Potatoes Treasures

With all this warm weather the potatoes are looking a little tired and given that we are heading overseas in early January, I decided to harvest the first row. A new white variety this year, as that was all that was left for seed potatoes. The finished product was good although there were many very small potatoes which will be good for a potatoes salad! In hindsight they should have been planted earlier.
