Wednesday afternoon and time for another parcour course - Saint Laurent. Beginning at the Fontaine du lion et du serpent, we embarked on the course backwards. Climbing the stairs past the Musee de Dauphinois our pace slows. The first half of the course brings us halfway up the Bastille where we can enjoy the views. Exercise equipment along the way easily distracts the girls. The course continues downhill with the girls choosing to run the stairs while I run the switchbacks. Quickly we reach the last control point located conveniently near the flying fox!
