Music Camp

In early January, the girls attended a two week music holiday program run by the Young Music Society. Each day they learnt an instrument - Ella chose flute and Katy the drums. Their day also involved a few electives. Katy chose Boom Crash Percussion Ensemble, Joining the Dots and Song Writing. Ella chose Strike Up the Concert Band, Making My Own Music and Song Writing.

Each day ended with a show and tell concert where the various groups performed before their fellow students and any parents that were able to attend. Ella during the second week performed with her flute group and also had the confidence to perform a solo rendition of Dancing Queen.
