And so our 5 day school holiday mini break came to an end. Our final morning involved the usual pack up, clean up routine. We drove home north via Batemans Bay with a stop at the Bodalla Dairy Shed enjoying a delicious brunch, coffee and ice creams (again!!)
The Wallaga Lake house was a great find and we would be keen to come back to this area. Hopefully the red wine stain on the creamy coloured carpet (we did try to get it out..) and the broken vase won't deter the owners from having us again! With warmer weather, there is so much more we would like to do and explore especially water based - snorkelling, canoeing to name a few!
For our family, we returned to Canberra ready to finish off the working week, plan an 8th birthday party and get ready for renovations to start.....as if life wasn't busy enough already!!
